We have been so fortunate to have had four strong candidates for next year's Social Service Board presidents. Thanks for volunteering to lead us, and special thanks to the SSB members who asked such thoughtful questions of their peers. The results are in and will be revealed later today!

Citrus Success

Although the final tally is not yet exact, we're so proud of Social Service Board for raising thousands of dollars for our chosen charity, C24/7, a tutoring service in Rogers Park, Chicago. Thanks to all Board members who worked hard to get out the word, make the sales, and deliver the citrus. Special thanks to our current co-presidents, Ali and Noah, #justfriends, for leading us in to action.

Donate Books!

As I mentioned in Board, this is an opportunity to donate gently-used or like-new books to incarcerated women. I will start collecting books on Monday for a weekend donation. Here are some important links:
