Application for Social Service Board, Fall 2024

This application (click on the image on the left) for the club that meets at the Winnetka campus during block 8. Social Service Board counts as both a class and a club in your schedule, if you are accepted. 

You will need TWO recommendations (one adviser, one teacher) which are linked to inside the form.
